This grant is for the design and installation of a communication mesh network for various city management and control systems. This includes responsive and highly energy efficient LED street lights with advanced control systems that monitor traffic patterns and constantly optimize. In addition it includes, the development of a mesh net communication infrastructure for responsive logistics hubs with platforms for autonomous vehicles and logistics management. The implementation of this software and technology enables Efficiency Savings (ES) monitoring for energy with a 20-year savings reinvestment program for further economic development.

This grant is for waste water treatment and responsive management of reservoirs with floating solar power projects. These projects include: the integration of technology solutions for waste water, clean energy, irrigation and industrial waste water reuse; the reduction of pumped water costs through peak power shaving; the planning and implementing water reuse (up to 80% from as low as 1%); the utilization of software to improve Efficiency Savings. This grant aims to integrate the savings through these technologies into a 20 year government investment, reassigning the savings for further economic development.

This grant is for the replacement of vehicles in city infrastructure like police, government support vehicles, etc. The 20-year fuel and maintenance savings generated through the utilization of energy efficient vehicle fleets can be reassigned for further economic development. This grant in general also requires the generation of energy savings through the optimization of street lights and the implementation of floating solar farms.

This grant is for the development of a Smart Housing community with subsidized down payment of up to 20% (a minimum of 2% down payment must be provided by the home buyer) achieved through energy savings from responsive technologies. Furthermore, the grant provides for local housing subsidies for civil services (including emergency services), educators, non-profit employees, community service workers and non-elected government workers. This grant aims to develop high quality smart housing communities where there is converted into subsidies to attract high quality jobs to the city.

This grant is for the development of borderless logistics infrastructure to enhance the flow of goods through government and logistics companies by reducing time to process goods through borders. This grant allows cities to work with sovereign governments to develop a deeply integrated logistics network that allow for goods to flow freely between airports and other hubs. The grant aims to develop these hubs through participation of cities, creating a network of joint logistics networks for goods like grain, cattle and raw materials.
